The World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) is a global platform launched by the United Nations in 2003 to promote an inclusive and people-centered information society. In 2025, the WSIS+20 High-Level Event will be held from 7\u201311 July in Geneva, Switzerland, hosted by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and co-organized with UNESCO, UNDP, and UNCTAD.
